The products offered on this site (credit packs and the Memory Keeper preservation subscription) are digital goods. Credits are credited instantly after purchase and the AI generation service is available immediately — there is no physical shipment or delivery waiting period.
All sales of digital goods are final once delivered. Delivery is complete the moment credits are added to your account; credits that have been consumed (for video generation, quality upgrades, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By purchasing, you expressly consent to our immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right (such as the 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
The Memory Keeper preservation subscription can be cancelled anytime from the account page; after cancellation the service remains active until the end of the paid period, and fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable. To stop renewal, cancel before the next billing cycle is charged.
Duplicate charges, undelivered credits, or clearly erroneous charges caused by system faults will be refunded via the original payment method once verified.
For any refund request, please contact us first at ghostangell2026@gmail.com and we will reply within 1–2 business days. Opening a payment-provider dispute without contacting us first may affect the use of your account.
